About Us
Schwab’s expertise is in the fields of structural engineer-of-record services and precast/prestressed concrete specialty engineering services. Fifty percent of our revenue stems from designing precast/prestressed concrete parking structures. Additionally, we provide engineer-of-record services for commercial and select residential construction. Schwab’s designs utilize any and all types of materials (ex. precast structures, steel frames, concrete tilt-wall, masonry, and timber construction).
With our team-availability approach, each project is assigned a principle engineer, project manager, project engineer, project draftsperson, detailer(s), and checker. Schwab’s professional engineers are licensed in multiple states, and we obtain additional licenses as needed by the project.
